On our walk Duchess takes a break and lies down to rest awhile. She is 13 years old now and like me has slowed down some and has arthritis. She gets up slow but once she is up she takes off like a young pup. She has been a great companion all these years and still loves taking walks and doing things around the farm.
Doodle on a walk this afternoon.
Took CooCoo to the studio this morning. I was in the other room and heard a bunch of thrashing. When I came into the room I found Coocoo with a sticky mouse trap stuck to her face. I finally got it off but lets just say we won't have to trim her chin for awhile.
Donna and Doodle taking up the Blackey position yesterday afternoon after the big meal.
Deann and Donna decided to let Golden Corral do the cooking and cleaning this year for Thanksgiving. I'm pretty sure we used up our Weight Watcher points for the day and bonus points for the week. I didn't dare take a picture of the dessert plate that came after these. Ah well, at least we don't have leftovers to tempt us.
Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!
After a walk this afternoon the dogs were thirsty. Not sure if Zen was too tired to stand or if she was laying down to get under Tank to drink. I can't believe how much she's grown!
I am enjoying spending time with the grandkids. Can't believe how much they have grown and the fact that the older ones are now grown. Me, Mary and Emily at a restaurant having dinner.
Geese were stretching, honking and flapping their wings - enjoying the nice day
It was a beautiful day so Deann took the opportunity to trim some goat hooves. Let just say that it's a job that neither the trimmer nor the trimmee enjoy very much.
Hilda is in Colorado on vacation so CooCoo adopted me.
